MOJO’s Adventure Begins

Hi Friends,

Pilot Myra Bugbee and co-pilot Claudette DeCourley began a flying adventure of landing MOJO in all 48 contiguous states today.  We left Hollywood North Perry Airport (KHWO) in Fl early today, landed at St. Simmons Island, GA (KSSI) and overnighted at Hilton Head, SC (KHXD).  Our friends, Linda and John Brink hosted us and showed us around the beautiful island.

The weather was hot and the flight was beautiful today.  Here is a picture of our tentative route - the eastern US this year.

  1. Just remember not to hold too close to the "planned" itinerary. Be flexible for weather - think San Antonio!

  4. Hi Ladies, GREAT JOB. This is so very cool to see the little green plane buzz along the GREEN FLIGHT PATH in FLIGHT AWARE @ > https://flightaware.com <. When one zooms in on the map and slows the 'Play' speed/rate down it appears you can actually make out what kind of approach to the airport Myra is making, ie straight in, circle to land, 45 degree et cetera. The Chart image of the overall trip is really helpful for those of us who weren't on the inside with you two in the planning. So THANKS SO MUCH.
Cheers and C.A.V.U. all the way!
